1. TERMS OF SERVICE
Orders processing time
Order preparations 1-2 business days
Order delivery (shipping) 2-5 business days
After the buyer places an order, our team requires 1-2 business days to prepare the item for shipment.
Please note that delivery typically spans 2-5 business days; however, Saturdays and Sundays are not included in this timeframe. Your patience and understanding during this process are greatly appreciated. We do everything in our power to ship the items our clients have purchased as soon as possible, customer satisfaction is our greatest priority.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are kindly advised that they are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may arise which may differ from state to state.
While we endeavor to ensure delivery on time, please note that we are unable to take responsibility for delays due to customs processes. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.
2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We understand that occasionally, items may need to be returned or exchanged. You have a window of 20 days from the receipt of your package to initiate this process. To ensure a smooth return or exchange, please make sure that all items are in their original condition and packaging.
For exchanges, the customer takes full responsibility for the return shipping costs.
Refund Policy for Force Majeure Circumstances
In unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure events, we can only refund the cost of the products. However, if the inability to deliver is due to the unavailability of the customer during the delivery attempt or incorrect contact details provided by the customer, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
We cannot assume responsibility if an item is delayed or utilized by postal services due to similar circumstances. Furthermore, we cannot cover the costs associated with a customer’s refusal to accept an item without valid reason.

Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email confirming its arrival and notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your credit card or original payment method, within a specified timeframe.
If you have not received your refund yet, we recommend checking with your credit card company first, as there may be processing delays. Additionally, please contact your bank to ensure there are no issues on their end.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location. For items valued over $75, it’s advisable to use trackable shipping service or consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
